If you are at the point where tou only have $10 to invest you are boot strapping hard core. Doing offline I would invest in phone calls and cold call. Or gas and cold walk.

I'd invest it in lunch while I'm out prospecting.

You can't get solo ads for $10.

I would invest it in gas, so I could make it to interviews for a job.

Buy a great .com domain name. Find a FREE template. Find cheap hosting with the last $3. Promote the crap out of the site.

Domains/hosting for month. No question. From that foundation, you could build A LOT!

On a serious note, providing your own services like content writing, or perhaps you have software you can use in providing services always comes up as an option. Shouldn't cost you anything.
The article writing/affiliate marketing can also be started with zero investment.

Offline: petrol for your lawn mower, go and mow some lawns....that type of thing. That's not really in the spirit of "offline/online".

Okay....Go see if you can find a service online that you can get for $5-10, that is actually re-sellable (someone wants it) offline. Sell once, re-invest profit, sell twice, re-invest, sell 4 times........

$10 = 10 $1's

10 $1's = 30 minutes in a strip club, if you ration out your ones correctly, maybe even an hour.

Domain and hosting based on the information you have said. It depends where you are, but from what you said I would suggest domain and hosting.

Thats 40 calls in a phone booth at 25 cents per call. I would make forty calls and somehow come up with $100 at least from that, one way or another... begging borrowing, selling, calling old customers, whatever.

If I was a warrior, i would get online I would beg other warriors to send me 25 dollars, whatever it takes to live another day... If you have been a giver, then people will care, if not, then you have to be a friend to make one.

But I would find SOMEONE....in forty calls to hand me $100.

Then I would go home, or to a hotel, and make a plan for how to turn the $100 into $1,000 and start it the next day.

A Hotel room has phone , so I could quadruple my telemarketing efforts. If I could even create $100 a day somehow, somewhere...then I could go from there.

I know someone who actually went through something similar to this and brought themselves out.

They cleaned the hotels carpets in exchange for a weeks rent... and built a cleaning business out of the hotel room off the hotel phone, by renting equipment when there was a job... and incrementally growing, cold calling local businesses, giving quotes...

This person literally built themselves off less than $100.00 and went on to owning a house and $150k cleaning business in Dallas.

The best question to ask, which always helps me is ... "God, what do I ALREADY HAVE that I can leverage to get what I want...?". ~ JD

What I would do with $10 buy?

Spend $2 at internet cafe for 1 hour
In that hour I would set up a google partnership account You receive 20 $75 adwords vouchers.

Apply for an a business number which is free in australia

Walk down to your local shops offer to do a adwords campaign for $50 - $100
As a try out and use the voucher. If they have great sucess you have a new client but put monthly up to $300 or price you think is right.
Make sure to get there business number.

Use the rest of the money to buy internet at the cafe.

Once you have a client you need to use there business number.
Here in australia the government offers business free domain name and hosting for 2 years.
(You could use this service for your own website before talking to clients so you look more professional)

Once you have the hosting and domain set up search for a one page template you can use as the adwords landing page.
Page template should include
- lead capturing contact form (Preferably one in the side bar and the bottom of the page)

- The title of the ad.
Example say the user is searching cheap hair cuts Brisbane.
Your add title would be, Looking for a cheap hair cut in brisbane? or Brisbane cheapest hair cuts.

So the the first thing they should see when they view your page is,Are you looking for cheap hair cuts in brisbane or Our hair cuts are cheapest in brisbane.

This reconfirms the customers needs
And cuts your bounce rate by a lot

if you can do that with 20 clients with all your vouchers and make them stay with you you get a recurring income and your turned your $10 you spent on internet at the cafe into anywhere between 1000-2000 recuring even more if you know what your doing.

If you want adwords to really work in your favor I recommend going really in-depth.
e.g not just linking every ad to the homepage but creating a page for each ad you have created. That focuses on the ad title.This greaters your lead generation rate by a lot. There is a reason the customer clicked on the ad not to sit navigating through a site they clicked it because it answered there search term.

Obviously I haven't gotten into very much detail but its possible to make a full working business out of nothing these days.

16 months ago, I bought a domain for $2,95 and started hosting it on blogger. .Com site hosted on Blogger. I picked a topic : "hemorrhoids" -i am not kidding at all - and added as many articles I can, roughly more than 2000 articles. I integrated my blogger site with Infolinks- in text advertising and put banners of affiliate merchants related with hemorrhoids (ebooks, supplements etc. ) . Last but not least, I added my link on directories and social networks. I ll be honest, I didn't get rich but made OK.

Thats not to much money but your best bet would be to get a domain name. Or if you can get some good hosting for 10$. Other that that you need to bring more money to the table.

If you only have 10 bucks to start an internet marketing business, get a great (used) copywriting book. Look up Drew Whitman's "Cashvertising."

Or get what you can at the library, especially Claude Hopkins' "Scientific Advertising" and whatever else you find that teaches effective ad creation and spend your 10 dollars on domain names.

Get a blog or free hosting and use your domains. Then use your new writing skills to generate content.

You could write for other marketers too. Your site could advertise this service with samples of content for sale along with an order form.

Or drive traffic and then sell the web sites, leveraging your domains x100. That is more seed money.

$10 bucks is as good as $0.00 . As in, your likely to get the same ROI either way. Any return that you can generate with that $10, is probably a return that could of been had for free.

Buy yourself lunch.

A can of silver non-toxic spray paint, and a used fedora hat. Spray your entire body, clothes, face and all... Stand on a busy street corner as still as possible. Move positions every five minutes, move locations every 2 hours. Do this 8 hours a day for a week.
