Local SEO - Geo Targeted Landing Page Content?

When creating SEO'd landing pages for local search terms, how do you handle the content creation for those pages.

For instance, on pages like this...

greatdentist.com/miami-dentist

greatdentist.com/ft-lauderdale-dentist

...would you write a different article for page? Would a spun article work? Find and replace the keywords?

The goal being we want those pages to rank as well as they can for the keyword after the domain.

Am I thinking about this correctly?

Thanks.

For me you should create different content for each page. Spun article should not be used for this matter since its your internal pages you dont want Google to catch you because of having dup contents

Try to create different content and call to actions for each one.

Just to let you know, I used this technique with all original content on each page using as much keyword diversity as i can each time (i.e. cleveland dental care, chicago dentist, etc...), and it worked wonders for my traffic. Just make sure you have very good internal linking without looking spammy (hint: use a pull down menu)

Do yourself a favor and don't spin content. It will really hurt your lead generation. Also make sure you include a hook on each page to grab the readers attention and give a very specific call to action.

I really just want the content for ranking purposes. I would prefer to have lead capture near the top and content below... waayyy below, but if I understand correctly that could hurt my score?

        I'm not an SEO though.

OK, spinning is out. And I guess hiring a writer would be the best way to go because I don't know how many different articles I could write on video marketing [city].

I would suggest use Local Traffic Commando (Not affiliated) but it gives you the option which can save a lot more time for the creation of pages and then make changes later to make content even more unique.
