Using Visuals in a Meeting?

I'm showing this lady tomorrow how to use Facebook, setting her up a campaign and basically gonna teach her how to connect with her fans. But she wants me to do everything on her computer, which is fine. However I was wondering if in this situation any of you ever use visuals to help learn or show her how things may work?

    The only visuals I use are the printouts of GKT and GetListed.
    Then I draw a river on the GKT printout and explain the rest.

    I create a nice printout with some visuals and basic instructions so I look more professional. I tend to tell people I teach to take notes because then they'll remember the easy stuff. I reuse the printout for all my clients.

      Google Keyword Tool.....
      I print out the exact search results for their highest profit keywords.

      I take notes as well....

    Well, I would suggest first give her a brief intro about FB through a exe file or a PPT presentation. How FB can improve the earnings, how many people are dere..

    Show wats new on fb like timeline.. Show how FB apps can help her, how timeline covers can be promising apart from creating ads..

    Then give her the PPT or exe file so that she can check again if she wants!!

    Bamm, not only would U be managing her advertisements but U an easily get some good money for designing her covers, fb apps and other stuff...

    Printout screenshots of step-by-step basics for social media. You can reuse them, you can give them to your clients after closing the deal. If she is a newbie at social media she might forget everything and call you up at 1am. Always be prepared for interesting offline clients

    I love using Infographics when it comes to meeting in person with clients. It's only one page and it has a ton of information on it. There are tons of templates to use online as well. Maybe you could use that kind of visual?
