Help Me Decide A Pricepoint?

Hey guys, I have some great news!

I finally ranked one of my own sites to the top of Google for a local keyword and I want to sell 3 spots for advertising on it.

These are 'premium' business listings, enabling the renter to put a photo or video of their business, along with special details, contact information, twitter, facebook and website links etc.

Here is a screenshot of the layout :

I am still deciding on a pricepoint for the monthly fee. Bear in mind this site is the first organic listing for the main keyword that gets 170 exact matches per month, and comes in the top 3 for another totalling about 300 exacts per month.

The niche is hair salons, so I would guess each new customer is worth $40-$70 or so. The thing is I only achieved these rankings recently so I don't have strong traffic reports. In the last week the site has been getting about 1 visitor per day on average while it was hovering around the 5th position.

So, any input from site renters would be GREAT! All feedback welcome.

I would start with the $50 range, maybe get a separate trackable phone number? That way you can see how many phone calls come in per month and adjust your pricing accordingly.
