As you start or continue your selling efforts, understanding the marketplace can allow you to have the right mindset and not get discouraged. Selling internet related services to business owners is primarily a function of numbers, offer, need or creating a need and motivating a decision.

There are there types of prospects that may buy from you:
1.those that have a need
2.those that have a need & know they have a need
3.those that have a need & know they have a need & are ready to buy

Everyone wants prospects in category 3.

What category do your prospects fall in? Record what category each prospect you call on falls in.

Here's a key question to ask at the end of your presentation & it's simple, "Is this something you want?"
