The Process Start to Finish?
So I'm just getting started with a local business SEO product (service) that I'm offering and I want to start selling (also Google places), but I'm wondering about the process from start to finish. From the time you pick up the phone to call the client (or walk in the door), to the time when you are doing SEO on their website.
1. How big of a role does your personal website play in the process?
2. What, in your experience, has sold the client the most times?
3. Do you show them convincing videos? Statistics?
4. When does the contract come in?
5. Payment?
6. What do you manage in house? What do you outsource?
7. Any other snippets you have?
