Bulk Emailing for real estate client?

I have a real estate client that wants to set up a bulk email program for his auction business. He has access to 2K local realtors and 20K realtors in the state. He wants to be able to email these realtors every few weeks. I would be handling everything. What do you suggest?


Also, he wants to be able to find the contacts at the banks in the state.


Any suggestions???

    If you get stuck on this Rolltide and don't get a reply in the usual way,you could always try Property Tribes in the UK, ask them a lot of them are I.M. I have asked them things in the past and they were a great help.

    It's legal; just risky. E-mail conversion rates nationally are 1.5% tops, on average.

    I work with realtors. I've used phplist and certain plugins for Joomla CMS sites based upon the same tech.

    I used to charge $300 for setup and $100 per month for support. I got out of that business because it stinks. I'm switching my entire installed base to SMS + e-mail with the goal of going 100% SMS/MMS. You still have blue-haired old ladies who refuse to convert from e-mail to SMS. Those are acceptable losses, because they aren't reading your e-mail either.

      I would think a postcard campaign would be better since it seems that he has no real relationship with these groups. Of course it costs more but a well targeted mailing with a good message should bring $12- $15 per every dollar spent according to the folks who know.

      Now if he does have a relationship the emails might work. Without the relationship it would be hit and miss plus the possibility of the fines mentioned above.

      One way may be to see if he can JV with someone who does have a relationship with the list. Build his list from those mailings for the future.

    Okay, looks great ides, but I don't think, there you can be success cent %, bcz now a days peoples are not accepting positively any advertising emails and there high chances to spammy

    I think you need to look at Email Marketing Software & Email Marketing Services from AWeber
    Pay them small amount of cash , and then configure all setting , when and what to send.
