Who has advice or can advise of a WSO about Offline JV Brokering

Hi,
Looking to pick up some tips on starting an offline JV brokering business service.
Anybody got any advice or know of a good WSO about the subject?

    Don't no about wso's but I do no Bob Serling has good info regarding JV's brokering.

    Also Jay Abraham has good material on JV's also. Admittedly these are expensive
    But if your serious about it then it's a small investment to pay.

      Thanks Dunkin, Thanks Simoshere. Still no WSO's coming out. Any of you experienced offline Marketers know why? Is it becuase its a more difficult model or is it because its not so lucrative a model?

    1.) Just because a WSO doesn't cover it doesn't mean it is not going down.
    2.) Most offline people here just want recurring checks. They want to play it safe with few clients. I JV from everything from boats to real estate.
