Unique Selling Proposition for Small Business Videos?

In a previous post I received some great answers on why businesses should be using online videos in their marketing strategy. So I want to start creating some promotional materials myself and go out and start selling them.

But I'm wondering what my USP should be? I thought of two different ideas but not sure which (if either) are best.

1. Use the concept of selling leads only. Basically I'll create a free video for a specific local business (the owner would be in the video), put it on a lead generating page, and charge the business for every lead that it gets.

2. Use the concept of "First page on Google". Basically I won't charge for the video until it is ranked on the first page of Google for the keywords we decide on.

These are the two ideas that I came up with. Are either of them any good? If not, what is another USP I could use?

    go with your gut and your passions.

    I think you will do that anyway, just want some positive feedback.

    Either way, you will be fine.

    The market has to spend money to make money, so if you build it they will come with money!

    I do like the 2nd better, eps. if you are not controlling how they handle a lead.

    USP : We prove what we can do, with a tool people are attracted to (Video), that google wants,...building credibility for your business, leads, seperating your business from the competition, branding...etc..

        My gut feeling doesn't seem to be working right now. I think the 1st idea and charging for leads would give me more residual income. But the second idea would be full payment once it hits Google page 1, which is nice too. But trying to figure out what that payment would be (the actual cost of the video) is sometimes difficult to do.
