Selling leads to lawyers in the UK - advice needed!

Hi guys, think I should have posted this in this forum so here goes

I am about to set up a site which deals with compensation claims, and one revenue stream I'm looking at is selling leads to solicitors / lawyers. This will be completely UK based. Can anyone give me some guidance on how I go about this? I have absolutely no idea how to set this kind of relationship up.

    Better create a really good contract.

    They are lawyer, they will eat you alive if you don't protect yourself.

      That is one concern.... thinking I might be better off sticking Adsense on and forgetting about leads! But it seems like a potentially very lucrative market, so I'd at least like to see what's involved.
