anyone had any experience of these? I guess they would very profitable in the right location.

    Totaly illigal to set up. Smart serve in canada, and the regulartors of alchocolic serving in other countrys would have something to say about it..

    This looks pretty bad ass, if these things ever make it to the uk, which I doubt they ever will with alcohol licensing laws, I'm getting one for the office.

      uk company that is supplying them!, I am surprised more pubs dont have them instead of bottle bars.

      But maybe they would be great for places that are already licensed to serve alcohol.

      A good business model (i think!) could be to buy 3 or 4 and then rent them out to certain events such as boxing events, festivals etc. Bet you could soon make your money back and then start making profit.

    I'm not sure if the machine is an alcoholic but I know a few human alkies who would love to have one in their home :-). This is just me hypothesizing but I would imagine here in the home of the brave and the land of the free, a guy would have to be very very careful aobut their location. In fact, I'd bet it would be only in a bar. Don't know that for sure but I can't be too far off.

    A neat idea but probably a no go on this side of the pond. Drive through liqour barns were gonna be all the rage about twenty years ago. Everybody but the Alcohol Beverage Commission thought so. Hence, RIP to that idea.

    how is this different than a soda machine? if you wanted to put beer in a soda machine and make a front cover custom, anyone could simply turn a soda machine into a beer machine for much cheaper ... Am I right or Am I right? ;p

      Plain and simple, Alchohol consumption , and the amount your allowed to have in an establishment is suppose to be monitored by "service" .

      Machine is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Knowing the laws myself, no owner would want self serve, and the ones that would take this are just plain stupid.

      As a gag item at home, it would be awsome.

        A gag item at home will be all it's good for, but I know I would buy one for my home if I knew where to get it....it would be a great time saver of my running back and forth to the fridge during the playoffs...haha
