what should I look for when buying lists?
I got a cold email from someone who has a large list they created of 11,000 stores phone numbers, and thousands of emails that are supposedly all related my my niche.
How do I know if this is legit or stolen or legal? I'd love to buy it for leads for my sales team but it's also $300 and I am not sure if it's worth it or not or if I can trust the source.
