Which video service allows you to reupload a different video after you have ranked it?

OFFLINE MARKETING

I know that one of the big video sharing sites will allow you to reupload a video after you have already edited it can someone remind me which site this is? This is great in those cases where you rank a video for an offline business and they either stop paying you, or want to test the response of a new video they have created etc.

I positive this exists but cant remember which site allows it and if it was a premium service or not.

Please let us know if you find which one because I wouldn't think any of them allow such a thing because it only opens the door for a LOT of abuse.

Im about 90 percent positive a site like this exists, i know it wasn't vimeo or youtube but it was one that I have heard of before. Im pretty sure it was a premium option for your account on that particular site. Either Im crazy, I had a vivid dream about this or it exists. Im hoping its the latter.

I suppose another option is to rank a video on a webpage using a video sitemap, and then
'hide' that video, using a splash image , and then display the video that you actually want viewed.
