Non-Sales Based Inbound Call Center?

Hey everyone,

Just was wondering if anyone used an inbound call center solution for routing calls?

I offer 24/7 customer service for one of my tech ventures.
As it stands, my co-founder and I are currently swapping night-on / night-off for support.

Usually we don't get woken up, but once every few nights we do >.<
It hampers our ability to scale as it currently stands.

I'm looking for someone who can work nights taking in technical support calls, and then either forwarding the call to me if an emergency, or logging a support ticket if it's low priority.

During the days, we'd be looking for someone to do the same and forward sales calls that come to the support line as well.

Is there a company you would recommend for this type of work?
Has anyone had experience with the Philippines for this type of call routing?
