Please Critique My Website

I'm starting to get some traffic to my website and I've landed a few clients from SEO alone. Now I would like to start sending some paid traffic to my site, but first I would like to see if anyone has suggestions to make the website better, or to help it convert at a higher rate?

This is a word press theme, so I'm not looking to change the structure just wanting to see if there are any suggestions for the content.

Please take a look at powerpointdesign247 dot com

Thank you in advance

Too basic, boring and bland all the way around. Your number is below the fold, I'd be surprised if you had a bounce rate under 60%. I don't care for it.

Make the slide show 75%, the 25% make an opt in or your number on the right side.

Change up the color or do something to make it more exciting and engaging. What about a video?

I think with just a couple small adjustments you would be much better of conversion wise.

I like the slide show feature but the content of it is not stimulating.

Overall the text is uninspiring and not punchy. Better use should be made of headers and perhaps bullet points; centralised as well, not left aligned.

With a few adjustments and the copy spruced up by a pro you should easily increase your conversion rate, as overall it's markedly different in concept and design from most sites.

I actually don't see much of a problem with the site. Remember that our customers are probably NOT Internet Marketers, so they are not used to all the "bells and whistles" that we think are important. I think the site looks fine; possibly make the type a bit larger. It takes a little bit too much time to load; that may be something you might want to look at. But otherwise, bullet points and headers and centralized type are simply preferences and they may not be everyone's preferences.

I think the problem is at the top. You need a better, more striking logo and put your number on the right side in large font.

Also, too much copy. People are too buys to read lots of stuff that goes on forever. You need a few short, punchy beneficial lines.

Thank you for all the feedback. There is a little variety in the advice, but I will try to implement what I can.

          -better logo
-call to action on every slide of slider..maybe arrow at the right pointing down to a phone number and/or submit form
-a submit form to offer tips on creating good powerpoint slides
-break up content below using at least two columns ...try the WP plugin "Shortcodes Ultimate"
-change up styles of font in content..maybe colors

I don't like how you mention your company name on every slide of the slideshow.

That's not MY company. I'm nowhere NEAR that techie. LOL That's simply the company who put together the website for my old company; the one I worked for for 20 years.

I think they were talking about my website, there is mention of PowerPoint design 247 on all of the images that are on top of the home page.

Ahhhh...okay. I don't see that as a BAD thing, myself. People aren't super quick to "catch on" to things and often need frequent reminders like that. Remember, we're trying to look at your site the way a real customer would, NOT as an experienced Internet Marketer would.

I actually think your site looks pretty good.

My suggestion is to maybe speed up the slide show a little. There's not much text on each slide so I think it could go a little faster.

            Best of success to you!

A while ago I was thinking about re-designing the website to be more like a presentation Vs. a website since that is the service that we offer.

It would probably be too cheesy, but would there be copyright issues if I mocked up a website to look similar to the PowerPoint workspace, similar to the screenshot?

As you are selling design you need more images and visuals.

Also keep asking yourself "what problem am I solving?" Define the problem more clearly then let them know you have the answer.
