Managing the Offline Business

I must say that this is an awesome forum, I have a lot of ideas on what to implement into my business that I'm starting up. I am already working a website, $400 profit, logo $225 profit, and am working on dealing with a Brazilian Steakhouse. My plan is to resell hosting to them at $35 a month and also offer SEO services that I will outsource to a friend of mine that is an SEO genius.

Nonetheless, I am slowly but surely building this baby up. How do you guys manage your business? These are my questions.
  • What do you use to manage your accounting?
  • What do you use to manage projects?
  • Do any of you use Echo Sign? What are your thoughts?

Any additional suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    I like Quickbooks for accounting.
    I had trouble setting everything up with Echo Sign... so I am looking for an alternative.
    I am looking at SignItSendIt
    And Zoho for project management.
