What offline methods can be used for these businesses.

Theres lots of talk and threads on how to find clients about no one talks about what to do after you get those clients. How to market their businesses.

    If you look hard enough you will find quite a few threads on here about that. But... it will depend on the business. Do they have a website? Is it out dated? If yes, you can offer simple web design.

    Do they have a strategy to get new business in via coupons/promos? if no you can offer email marketing/ sms marketing or social media.

    Do they have a mobile optimized website? If no, you can offer mobile websites.

    Each business is going to be different and even when you find businesses that "theoretically" need what you have, doesn't mean they will see it that way.

    Position yourself and your services in a way that they can see what you offer.. no matter what it is... will be profitable.
