What should I do in this situation?

I sent out some email to real estate agents about some SMS Marketing and received a call back from one of them. Unfortunately, I was unable to answer the call at the time and the Agent did not leave a message.

Would it be a good I idea to call them back even though they did not leave a message? How should I approach this?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should call the prospect back and present your offer over the telephone.

Yeah man, call him, its not rocket science, if you don't talk to him,
    you cant sell him.

Just say, sorry i missed your call bob, how may i help you.

if he has a gatekeeper, tell her, bob called you, and your returning his call.

Exactly. Don't let little things intimidate you and don't make things complicated when they're not.

Weird things happen in the sales cycle and this one happens all the time. This person was curious, and you weren't there. So call back and talk. You'll do fine.

Okay, called back and got the dreaded gate keeper. Told her I was just returning "Bob's" call but he was on another call so she took down my info. Finally, he called me back, wants to see a demo and set up a meeting for this week.

It happens to most of us. We're not really close to our phones 24/7 so it can and would most definitely happen. Just call your prospect back (which you already did) and congrats on getting them interested!
