Facebook New Account Question

I need to develop an app and also provide a few likes from a new facebook account. Unfortunately, facebook hasn't given me access to these features. The account is about 3 days old, has 30 likes, and a few posts.

Anybody have a clue what the gestation period is on these things or how to kick it in high gear so I can get access to apps and likes for others?

    I have seen it last 3 to 7 days. Keep posting and optimizing FB Page. What App are you wanting to add or develop for the page?

    Thanks for the reply. It's just a simple app that plugs into a wordpress button that I purchased here some time back. Hopefully things kick in soon.
