How can I buy and forward a phone number in Canada? Bell just won't cooperate.

Hello everyone,

I found a business with three locations that have closed down in 2010. They rank well for Google Places, and have listings all over the place. I want to buy their disconnected numbers and forward them to a competitor. I'll be using Kall8 to track the calls. Of course, I'll negotiate a certain amount per call I'll be ''generating.''

The challenge is, I called Bell to ask them how to go about this, how much does it cost, etc. and was basically told twice that it wasn't doable.
I have trouble believing them.

Have Canadian Warriors done this successfully?
