I am a web developer and SEO professional. I provide both the service online here.
I am thinking to start providing these services offline too. My target is to working with Health care and Fitness niche.

I want some tips from you guys, how I can start the business to get clients?
what will be the plan and strategy I have to follow?

Try to get client from site like Elance, ODesk or freelancer etc. Rest depends on you skills.

OK so you are like 1000s of other designers out there. How are you going to stand out?

It's good that you have selected a couple of niches to begin with.

Now you need to figure out your sales plan. Use the Search feature in this forum and start looking. You'll find there have been hundreds of people who have stuck up their hands and said, "I'm a designer! ...now, how do I find clients?"
