Social marketing for Rental & Lead Gen Sites

Hello guys,

Is anyone doing social media marketing for sites with lead gen and renting purposes? I know social is a huge boost in SERP, especially if you don't have the ability to have Google Places for your sites like these, but sometimes it can drive traffic and sales.

Has anyone figured out how to make use of social on these kind of sites?
