Anyone having any luck upgrading timelines for businesses?

I received a valpak coupon mailer with a bunch of local businesses in my area so I went and checked out there facebook pages and almost every one of them had an incomplete timeline. I created a quick video overview of what's wrong with their timeline and then showed them what a finished timeline looks like. I then emailed them the link and will follow up. I was just wondering what you guys think of this method and if you had any other methods for providing timeline design services to local businesses.

Thanks,

Craig

Hey Craig, your method sounds good.
Have you gotten any Sales yet from doing this?
I imagine that most of the businesses you contacted should be interested.

I simply advertise to Clients, what their Facebook Cover or Page (Timeline) could look like, if we designed if for them.
I've gotten lots of success, both locally and online.

Once you emphasize on showing the quality they can get from the final product, they will be interested in buying from you.

Sounds like you've got a good approach! There are definitely plenty of fan pages out there that need serious help! I too would love to know what kind of response you're getting.
