Auto-Dialer recommendations? Or i'm I just having first world problems..

Hey I was looking for a good auto-dialer because I've increased the calls i've been making a day to 400 and the biggest annoyance is dialing (first world problem: "aww I have dial another number to talk to someone, wish I could automate my dialing"). I figure with a good auto-dialer I could increase calls-per-hour but I don't really know.

Are there any good ones out there? I found this one when I searched for "good autodialers" Dolphin Pro Power Dialer $39 Per Month Unlimited Calls .

You may want to join John Durham's TheTelemarketingForum (dot) com forum and do a search about auto-dialers. There is information about this topic there.

I have worked in major call centres that use auto diallers but they are obviously big setups that cost big bucks too. I daresay a small operation would be harder to find but keep trying.

I don't know if you are calling from your cellphone but I use MobilCTI to make my calls. Its only $3 in the Google Play store if you have a Android phone. I would also recommend callfire they have good rates and support.

Mojosells.com. Best powerdialer ever. Especially if you need multiple lines ringing simultaneously.

We make about 800-1K calls a day, every day. My husband and I, from home. You're having first world problems lol. Just dial. In my opinion, ONE person on a dialer is just a waste. You can dial faster and more targeted than a dialer.

    First world problems :-P

Seriously though if it is just you or you and a few people a auto dialler will probably slow you down believe it or not.

Plus a lot of people will hang up when they get the signature auto dialler delay.

    If you're calling B2C, get a powerdialer; otherwise, don't.

A lot of the powerdialers have considerably reduced the initial delay.

wow, from what im reading i guess no one is in the call center industry. There are plenty of dialers that will work for just a few people, you can pay PER minute or per month. Five9 is probably the best but the most expensive. Ive used Turbulan, Five9, ViciDial and a few others. Each agent can get into the 500-700 PER day depending on your data. I would look into the cheapest solution, you wont need the most expensive one with all the call center features like ability for transferring and data management tools.

id go with the cheapest one for what you need and it will probably double your productivity.

If you have any specific questions PM me

I looked at Vanillasoft.com and callfire.com These are the two that I thought would meet my needs. I haven't bought either one yet because I don't cold call often enough to bother. But I've looked at several, an these were inexpensive, and I saved the links.
