Hello Warrior Forum!

I'm in the mist of drawing up a new business plan and now im stuck in my cost profit analysis portion. More specifically how much can i expect to spend per webdesign client?

How much do you guys spend per client?
How much would i have to pay you per client?

All input would be extremely helpful.

    In the Internet marketing. Good marketer can earn 20 % minimum amount on ROI.
    Some of the guys are earning more than 100 % they have invested for there products.
    This all depends on how they present there products and quality of the product.

    Well lets pretend the product cost is $2500

    My target audience is Small to medium sized businesses.

    Contact mediums could be Phone, Email, Direct mail, direct sales. Whatever works.

    My cost for production is Est $600 ($1900 remain)

    If i wanted to pull a 30% profit i could dedicate $1330 too marketing?

    similar to Str8speed, however our websites start at $3k for SMB's.

    Our variable costs for design and development run 30%
    Our project management time (in house at $20/hr) run about 20%

    Variable Profit Margin is 50%
    Fixed overhead averaged 30% last year

    Company EBIT is 20% - $600 earnings before interest and tax.

    OUR SEO services run a similar cost structure.
