how i got a £950 offline client by spilling coffee on him!

Hi guys,

just wanted to share the strange going on's on Friday

I was in a coffee shop in my local town I had my bag with me which had my laptop in and all that,

Basically my bag hit the guy standing behind me and spilt his coffee all over him! I rushed to the counter to get a towel to help him a best I could! I put my bag and phone down and a fresh stack of contact cards I just had made, I tried in vain to help the guy (I'm sure I just made things worse) as I was saying sorry over and over he noticed my cards and asked me what did so I explained to him, then took one of the cards....

2 hours later he rings me but saying we wants to hire me lol
Now I'm not saying you should go around spilling coffee on people! But I just thought I would share my story and just shows you that clients can come from weird sets of events lol

Anyone else gained clients in an offbeat way before?

    O yeah guys i don't mean that happens day to day or there whold be a whole lot of coffee getting put over people each day lol just wanted to share the story with you guys.
