Accountability Pledge....

Hi Warriors,

After reading through COUNTLESS WSO's and trying more tactics than I can remember, today I am pledging I am going to make it work.

I would appreciate it if my Warrior family can hold my pledge accountable.

My website is mobilewebsitestars.com

We sell mobile websites for $299 and we sell a mobile website + a normal website for $399.

I have set myself the goal of doing $1,000 per day in sales.

I will keep you all updated with my progress as I want this thread to do 2 things:

1) Keep me accountable
2) Motivate and inspire fellow warriors who are in my position and who just need a little peer group support to get some momentum going.

I promise to share successes, failures, tips, lessons learnt (good and bad) and, if you're lucky, the music I'm listening to in the background to make it all happen!

So begins the diary of an Offline Marketer! I look forward to sharing, inspiring, learning, networking, meeting new friends and making a big difference along the way!

Wishing you success in your offline businesses and always here if you need any advice or suggestions.

Good luck mate, I respect the drive to succeed and wishing you all the best. I'm currently busy with what I call a "week of action". I'm trying to target one week a month where I try and decimate my to do list, rock out at gym and just push as hard as I can. This is not to say I'm strolling through fields of wheat the rest of the month. Getting things done is an attitude that separates people that succeed at their goals and those who don't. Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks! I love the idea of a week of action - I must try that! Thanks for sharing that. I will be summarising each day, let's all celebrate success and share our victories here! Love how the WF allows us to reach out to people all over the world! How's South Africa today?

Good luck and raise your prices. You aren't charging enough no matter what others may say on here.

Thanks Rus! I know the prices are low, but they're just to get a few 'feet in the door' and then the real money comes. They won't stay too long, don't worry. What would you suggest as the best rates to charge?

$600-800 minimum for mobile and for websites I don't have any base pricing its done per project and based on the particular needs and requests of the client.

Mobile can go much as well but most sites are pretty straight forward.

This is money advice. Pun intend.

People will NOT want what you have because it screams low status, quality, etc. People will tell you no thanks, because it sounds cheap for something online.

If you want to offer your prices, tell them we are having a raffle to have it for that price.

Keep in mind, you will always encounter tire kickers when you offer a low price. I never believed it until I started doing it, AND we hear it all the time that it seems like people don't believe this. But, you can have 3 customers paying you a combined total of $6k/month or you can do the math & figure out how many $299 one-time pops per month you will have to get to get $6k/month.

So, consider Rus' advice carefully, because it can save you lots of head ache in the long run.

Thanks qu4rk, I really value and appreciate what you said. You'r right, it will suggest low value and people do not want that for their business.

I love the raffle idea - I am going to try that. I'll let you know the feedback too.

Very true point about the numbers too, time to aim for higher digits.

Thanks for pointing this out and really changing my mindset on things.

Thanks Rus for those tips! Exactly why I started this thread, excellent advice from experienced warriors.

I'm going to definitely look to following this price module, generating the leads isn't the problem and with these prices I can easily get to the goal very much faster.

Hope that your business is rocking and hope to be in your league soon.

    Day 1 Goals:

    1) Reinstate PPC campaign and get 5 leads from Live Chat
    2) Create new video message to send to clients
    3) Complete the set-up of a new local business listing site
    4) Hire a new VA to send emails and messages to local businesses
    5) Complete a list of companies for Erica to call to set appointments up for me tomorrow
    6) Send follow-up emails to the 2 sales calls I had yesterday
    7) Smile, be happy and believe that success is just around the corner.
    8) Not business related, but still important - pick the inlaws up from the airport this evening!

What's your goals today guys? It's Independence Day today, declare Independence from the fears that hold you back, the bad habits that secretly kill your dreams and go after what you want like a man or woman on a mission!

I'll let you know how I did in the evening.

    Hi Guys,

Just checking in with an update of Day 1.

A productive day, got 7 out of my 8 done on the to do list.

Very interested to see how tomorrow goes as I am trying a new strategy to generate leads.

A tip for most marketers, don't spend much on PPC on a holiday, there aren't many leads out there on holidays and it's better to use it doing other things.

I'll post back tomorrow with some further updates on how things have gone.

Tonight, I'm going to do an awesome exercise and write a list of 100 reasons why I must earn $1,000 a day. It could well be the best mind-set exercise I ever do.

Has anyone else done a similar exercise to this?

    Good luck guys
