Every deal you complete offline should bring you a recurring monthly fee.. That's the luxury of being an offline marketer..

You sell a website, you add some hosting.. Then a week later you get them on the phone "Hi, I hope you're happy with the website"... "Did you know that 10,000 people are searching for green chairs every single month?" and then just like that you've added some SEO to the package. A couple of months down the line you then come back and introduce them to the wonders of social media.. etc etc.

Then rinse and repeat
