Need advice - Restaurant advertising idea

I'd like some advice on pricing. I've never dealt with restaurants so I'm wondering if my pricing is too low...

So my idea consists of creating an avenue for them to advertise their restaurant in a local hotel(s).

So in a nutshell they get:
-visibility through web & print in hotels in a 10km radius (might range from 5 to 15 for some)
-advertising (for most) would be directly in the hotel rooms & lobby
-free upgrades to their menus
-options to offer exclusive deals to hotel guests
-semi-exclusivity (might only have 2-3 restaurants per category)

The price - I was leaning between $99-199/month.

I want it to be affordable, a no brainer, but I also need to pay for my supplies, costs, and make a profit.

I'd love your feedback on your initial thoughts regarding pricing.
I will give more details once I implement and test it out.

It really depends on a few things, how many hotels? how many people visit? etc. Once you have figured out those numbers, use the below formula.

(Cost for print + cost in gas + any other overhead+ (time X desired pay per hour)) = the amount you should charge.

No one is doing this...not in our area. So very hard to base my pricing on that...
