How to get Local Site Ranked w/o Physical Street Address?

I'm trying to get a site ranked that was created to either sale or rent out for local business. I want to create citations for it but it doesn't have a physical address. What would be the best way to go about this?

I've already created a google+ page, twitter, facebook, youtube with a video, cl ad, backpage ad, manta

    Thank you for replying. I'm not sure what to do here. If I get an address for it and then rent the site out then I would have to go back and change each of the citations to the correct address.

    Why do you need a physical address ?
    You can rank it using traditional SEO and then when you rent it, tell the new owner if he wants the local place ranking.
