Google+/Places - new businesses listing not showing up

I entered a customers business into G+ a couple of days ago & it is still not showing up.

They have a google plus page and it didn't show up, so I then made a google places page and got the post card reply. The card has not arrived yet, and the business is not listed when I search on google maps.

Any suggestions?

    A few days is all......have fun waiting.


    I did one about 6 WEEKS ago and it's still listed as "pending review"...

    It's not a fast process.

        Standard timing is 5 - 10 days to get postcard.

        Then after PIN verify the listing can be missing and showing the "we do not support this location" message for up to a week.

        But if you are pending you likely have violations in your listing. So should carefully read the latest guidelines, correct any problems, then POKE the listing. Click edit (don't change anything) then click submit.

    Ok. Thanks for the replies. I've just been putting the phone number into Google maps and getting nothing. What's the best way to check if the listing is live?

      So by now you have entered the PIN?

      Yes entering phone is maps is the easiest way to search for the listing.
      Just be sure to use this format (555) 123-4567

        Yes, the PIN was entered today. Should I begin to fill it all the way out while I wait for the listing or leave it until it appears as listed?

    As mentioned, it can take up to 6 weeks, Google is now manually verifying businesses will little information out there, however typically takes a couple of weeks with mail verification.
