Website Design - How To Set Up Decoy Pricing Options

So i've been thinking about decoy pricing options for my web design business and this is what i have so far:

I've got "planning block" at the moment so i cannot think of anything else.

Basic: $399
3-page website
Custom domain name

Advanced: $899
5-page website
Custom domain name
Social media integration i.e. Facebook, Twitter

Premium: $1199
5-page website
Custom domain name
Custom e-mail address
Social media integration i.e. Facebook, Twitter
1 Month Free Hosting

That's what i've got so far, so please would some poke holes in my idea?

Thanks

That's because you're thinking of your work as a commodity and at an hourly rate, not as a revenue-generating machine.

Why would you pay a plumber 300 an hour when you could probably just use a plunger to fix the problem?

There's people who don't even know what Wordpress is or know what a "domain" is. You're not selling a "5 page website". You're selling a 24/7 window of opportunity for that business to get clients using the internet.

EDIT- I used to work in high priced electronics retail. Customers don't care about specs and features. I don't tell a customer "well this tv has a 3 million contrast ratio and this other one has a 3.5 million" I take them to the tv, pop in a blu ray and let them experience the two. We were taught to sell on experience, not specs. Anyone can go to Amazon and read on the specs, but you need to sell on feelings and emotions.

Are the sites mobile ready ? Maybe put that in some where or offer it as another service. Maybe also contact you for Premium package instead of putting that price in there.

Decoy pricing is an established practice in common use everywhere, because it works.
