Contracts for Web Design and Hosting Service

I'm a full-time web designer and I do freelance work outside of my full-time job. I'm planning on approaching local businesses which are in obvious need of a website rebuild. I've been doing this for several years, but it's always been work that I've done based on a gentleman's handshake, where I agree to make the website and they agree to pay me. But as my freelance work increases, I need to come up with some written contracts to protect me and my clients, and to clarify the expectations from both parties.

Can anyone here tell me where I can get some sample contracts / agreements that would include everything from web design to hosting services, as well as maintenance after launch? If anyone has some documents to share, that'd be great!

    I was on the same situation some months ago and bought a contract package at contract edge. I think it was $140 for all of them but you can buy individually too I think.

    Also there is a warrior offering her legal services and I think she provides templates too, don't remember who she was though. I would have rather use her services but I saw her thread after buying contract edge.

    Try searching the WSO section, I know there have been several products that included prepared contracts for website design/seo/etc...
