My suggestion is that spend minimum amount of money until you get your first client.

Prioritize for things that will get you clients first.

For example try to get 1 client before buying for tools to manage them.

However, you can do a price comparison for tools and outsourcers.

"If I get my first client I will buy this tool for $x, or I will outsource to this guy for $x".

Have you ever done SEO in your life? If the answer is no, I'd suggest to offer web design first ... you can learn SEO while building the first site for your first client.

thanks for the info! i have done google+ local work as well as some small seo work, im not trying to rank for high competitive keywords just local searches that are relativity low to medium competition. the reason why i say i dont care about how much im willing to spend is i have a partner that is backing me financially to start everything up ie small office space get a website up business cards etc etc etc, also has a quite a bit of leads as well(owns a seafood distributor business and has over 1000+ restaurant clients that is willing to share) so im just looking for software that will make my workload easier and faster to accomplish.

spesialis is correct even if you have a metric boat ton of money, and client being disciplined with your plan will best both for you and your clients. Software is just a tool in the tool box. You can use Warriors for Hire etc, but having your growth strategy mapped out, and connected to your revenues will increase your sales disciplining and focusing you on the bottom line.

i see, only reason i asked is because maybe someone might have tool or website i overlooked to make my workload easier say as maybe a easier way to find citations etc etc..

You have to definitely look into mobile marketing as a part of your offline marketing portfolio. It's just such a large and trending market that you'd be doing a disservice to ignore that market segment.

When you think about it, there isn't much people use in their everyday life as an Offliner maybe the WF, PayPal, a phone, a car and maybe some outsourcing site. I haven't heard of any software that can help you offline because simply I don't think any exists.

If there was some kind of amazing push button software that made your life as easy as possible don't you think everyone would have and be talking about it?

If I do say so myself I'm pretty good with computers, I keep up to date with the news and I know all the geeky stuff but if I do come across some sort of software that makes you life easier it tends to make mine harder, there's always some disadvantage to using that kind of tech and I find them really annoying TBH. I'm perfectly fine without them.

Just straight out of the box, I would suggest you use Freedcamp - Free Project Management. I use it for all my projects and its pretty robust imho. Like one of the earlier posters, I would also suggest that you keep your cash in your pocket. Rather use it for marketing, and not for tools that you may or may not use. More often than not, their are free or open source versions of the tools available.
