Looking for social media guide for staff

Can anyone point me in the direction of a guide I can provide my staff on how to leverage social media better? I currently run a personal training business, have 6 staff under me - they all use SM but can all use it better to promote themselves, the company, sales etc.....

    I have a personal trainer client with 2 staff under him. We discussed requiring his staff to produce 2 blog posts per month (each) and posting those to facebook/twitter. In addition they'll have to produce 1 video per month (each) to post on YT and link back to his website.

    My client is going to come up with a list of topics that his trainers can choose from (importance of electrolytes, muscle vs. fat, etc) and have his trainers either pick form the list or come up with their own topics.

    Additionally, in general the trainers always post a post-workout or pre-workout Facebook status which they use to motivate and to give props after classes. They each encourage class members to like or comment and help give others the encouragement they need. This works extremely well.

    We talked about some more stuff - I can't remember all the details but I'd be willing to come back and share them here.
