    I looked at your directory, seems good to me except for the content. If you are targeting people in an English country, you may want to have the website's content rewritten by someone with a strong grasp on the English language.

    As for the question here, I really don't understand it to be honest.

    If you do a 301 redirect, then you should point your new backlinks to the version you're redirecting to.

      Yes the redirect will affect you SEO. This is a bit old but may help SEO advice: url canonicalization
