Who do you use for SEO?

I have a client lined up that wants SEO, I am looking to outsource it to the Warrior Forum but I don't know which one to use there are so many!
I need a reliable, monthly SEO package, and it can't be over $100/month as the keywords they want to rank for aren't that competitive.
Any suggestions, who do you use?
