Landing More Rep Management Clients

My issue has been finding clients that need this service without spending all day doing it. I know they're all over the place, and I can find them, but It takes a long time (hours) to find 10 or so to solicit.

Once I have met with the prospective client, the close really hasn't been a problem. Getting the appt. hasn't been a problem either, since I've had all my clients (3) call me first (granted three is not too many, but I've only been actively seeking clients for 6 weeks tomorrow.)

I'm looking for software, any software or service that can come up with a large list businesses with crappy reviews to make this faster.

I know places scout has a rep management module coming, but it's not done yet. Is there anything currently available that can locate potential clients with bad reviews easily?

    I do not know if there is a software yet. But have you tried looking for forums that specifically ask or look for this kind of service?

    There must probably a ton of business and websites owner who are encountering this kind of problems and are in need, they also do not know where to find services that could help them.

    Hey man i just stumbled across this thread...wanted to let you know that Places Scout's reputation management module was released a week ago and i also added a feature that will do what you are trying to do...finding businesses that have bad ratings across all review sites.

    Click here to and see this post where i cover this new feature.

    Basically for each business that comes back for your search, you can choose to gather ratings from the top 15 review sites..and it will give you an average rating across all sites...so you can use this to easily find businesses that have bad ratings. Check out the sample data files i linked to in that post to see exactly what it does.

    Just thought i would share this with you if you are still looking for something as i do have this implemented now in the latest release of Places Scout.
