I will be introducing a new WSO this week and want to get some feedback from some of you. If you are actively working offline promoting various local marketing services please chime in on the following subject.

And the this is Retention Marketing

The probability of selling to an existing customer is 60-70%. The probability of selling to a new prospect is 5-20% so why is it that most marketers focus on customer acquisition and not customer retention?

Here are a few questions we would like to know in order to be sure our offer will be of value to our fellow Warriors.

Would a complete Retention program be something you could add to the services your offering now if you didn't have to actually do the work?

Do you think your clients would see the value of adding a retention program if it was an added revenue source?

Do you now offer any type data mining beyond Analytics? If so, are the business owners reluctant to pay for it? Do they see value in data mining?

How important is customer service to you? To your clients?
