Well, depending on how you do it, you will need to in MOST cases create pages for whatever you want to show up on the actual site... as far as "Contact" and "Information" and etc...

Then you will need to use plugins in conjunction with the pages and posts you create, and tweak the plugin settings. WP is awesome, but I hated it the first few times I built with it because I didn't understand how it all worked together.

I would hire someone to help you if you can afford it.

ETA: If you're using a Contact Form Plugin, then then the settings area for THAT plugin will show on your dashboard.

Wordpress is pretty easy to figure out. I use it all the time. For the most part you can use it like MS Word.

Learn about plugins. You'll need one to make forms. It's going to take you between 10 and 100 hours to get good at Wordpress...but once you get the hang of it, you'll be using it for a long time.

The hardest thing for me to find is the right theme. I spend a long time finding the one that has the right feel for the content.

Man, this used to be the single most frustrating thing about setting up a site for me. Best thing I ever did was go to the library and grab a couple of books on CSS (on CSS by Eric Meyer is very good). Between that and plugins, now I can do what I want for the most part in a lot less time.

Yep. There are a few in the plugin directory (free inside WordPress) and those will 99% of the time give you a "short code" that you paste in the HTML box of your designated "Contact Page" once you set it up. Does that make sense?

If you have problems with wordpress, the actual wordpress forum is an excellent resource. Most basic questions anyone could have are already answered there. If not you can post your issues and you will get help. Also make sure you read the support documentation for wordpress.

    I hope that helps.

You have to first have those as pages and once they are set up, go to menus and put all your pages on the same menu.
