Have your clients canceled for not showing results?

I'm new in the offline market, and have made a list of questions I had before going full force.


Have you ever had clients cancel because you didn't provide results?
What's your approach to this (them canceling)?
Do you offer free months because of this?
Did you slack on the SEO?
Did your SEO outsource go MIA?

I'm sure seasoned veterans get up to a number, and once one client cancels, they get replaced. Let's just say that you have all your clients with 1 outsourcing company and that company goes belly up or MIA, all now all your clients cancel. What's your experience with this?


These are just a few that I had, if anybody can share their experiences. I am currently working on my personal business websites and plan to offer monthly SEO, outsourcing it.

Do you have a good outsourcing company you can share?

I keep getting denied by the one person I want to work with.

    The real key to keeping unhappy clients on the books is by having the greatest customer service ever. Dont hesitate to call them when you know the production isn't happening.

    Yes I have offered free months to make up for it. and yes most of the time its because i either got lazy or because my outsourcers vanished and i had to train new ones.

    but i cannot stress enough the importance of being available and communicating with the clients. tell them what went wrong (unless you can't admit it) and tell them what your new plan is going to be. keep things clear and you'll be shocked at how many stay. some even increased the contract size to redouble efforts.
