Offline Newsletter Generator

Last year I was on a webinar somewhere... thing it came from the warrior forum somewhere. The topic was generating these - AWESOME - graphical newsletters. Not the microsoft word type newsletters. I am talking over the top. Does this ring a bell to anyone? I have an application where I could really use that now and for the life of me I can not find it.

Hopefully you know exactly where it is
