Google Places (Plus) Email Verification Question

I have a client that has 3 offices in 3 different cities. Can I use a single email to set up their places listing or should make 3 different ones?

    I would use 3 different ones. It makes life so much easier keeping things compartmentalized like that.

    Depending on the business, I would also create different Facebook pages, G+ Business Pages, YouTube Channels.

    Again, it depends on the dynamics of the business, but I find keeping things separate like that makes everything MUCH easier.

    Don't forget you're likely going to use that same gmail / google account for creating business listings, etc. You're going to have to use 3 different emails for that anyway, so you may as well keep the respective G+ Local listings on those accounts, too.
