Anyone notice YT tags are stripped out?

Just a heads up to all you YT marketers out there. I'm hoping I am sadly mistaken - BUT, today I noticed while updating some tags in my YT videos that they wouldn't stick. So I shortend them...and still no-go.

I checked a few of my channels, and same thing.

I checked other random videos (that are not mine) and same thing.

So, maybe it's a temporary glitch or maybe it's not. If it's the real deal, then those of us who do a lot of YT marketing are going to have to make sure we have some juicy descriptions.

      I noticed my tags have been removed also. The video was ranking and now it is gone along with the tags.

        If you guys/girls were REALLY using Youtube then you should know by now that Youtube deleted all TAGS from public viewing. The reason for this as per Youtube "some people were abusing these tags by copying tags from other videos" and "Users are not clicking on these tags".

        The TAGS are still there but no longer visible. You can still add TAGS and I'll let you go out and find out how.

    Also, when you add tags. Crucial to add "keyword", "keyword 2",etc. The quotation marks are important.
