    By the way, I currently use Hootsuite to send messages, Shortstack to generate FB pages and have Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtuibe accounts - anything I'm missing?

    There are different ways for different social media sites as In Facebook we can make Facebook page Promote it post on the walls.On twitter we cab tweet about it and the all those who are following us we cab send them direct message as well where the chances of getting response increase rapidly.In Linked In you can join various related groups and start with discussion To the related topics.

    I couldnt agree more with adding value and engaging with your customers/followers. No one wants to be "sold". People naturally want to do business with people they like and trust. If you master the ability of being likeable and trustworthy, the sky is the limit and you will have no boundaries.
