Multiple PURL Generation

OFFLINE MARKETING

Hi Guys

Having a brain freeze from scrolling through too many directory listings and need some help from my offline bruthas!

I want to send multiple letters to various businesses with a personalised URL (PURL) on each letter to pique their interest.

When they visit the URL I want it to redirect to a squeeze page that is the same for everyone which contains a video and some copy.

If I want to create 100 + PURLS for the above what's the simplest/quickest way to do it?

Actually I did use a strategy like that before. but not quite what you are asking for.

Basically my link structure was like that (e.g chirohq as client)

I create a page with chirohq as title: http://domain.com/chirohq

I use a wordpress redirect plugin (name is: "page to" if i am not mistaken)

The redirect goes to the squeeze page; so when the guy visit that link; it redirects it directly to the squeeze page.

I do not use this type of strategy anymore; i added my own twists. But best of luck

I believe you could setup a .htaccess redirect for all 404s to your home page. Then just type in whatever you wanted for the link!

Example:
ErrorDocument 404 /index.html

I think Send Pepper does this for you via mail merge. It even welcomes the person to the landing page with personalization. I'm sure its just a little php script. I haven't did this but I bet it works well.
