[HELP] Can i work as offliner targeting us,uk or europe from 3rd world country??

hello thank you all for this wonderful forum section that just brings to us,newbies, a hope to get something from the internet
well,i'm from a third world country,Algeria,and i plan to begin my journey to make some money offering some services to local businesses,i've spend near 2 years to learn some methods and tweeks and i think it's time to start working not learning.
here in Algeria local businesses don't know anything about internet marketing,social marketing,google places,google+,seo,.....anything!also we havn't a solid money structure,no good banks,paypal and others don't work here so it's near impossible to offer them somes internet services.
So i thought that i can offer services to us,uk or europe businesses just like you do so i have some questions:
can i operate as offliner from my country?
can i work without business presence in usa?
how can i deal with invoices and taxes working outside usa?
can i offer a service and get paid without signing a contract and taxes forms?
can us or uk businesses hire me and pay me without dealing with their taxes?

i know my english is bad cause i'm an arabic native speaker and exelent in french but please respond to me and help me just know that here in my country 1 $ = 120 algerian dinar and know that a doctor in public hospital here get 45000 algerian dinar per month! (420 $ !!!!!!) so you see the potentiel to get rich from internet working from my country.

    :O $420 a month for a doctor? You could EASILY do that online with not much work to be honest.

        Many different ways. I think it will be hard for you to contact business owners in the UK and USA.. Since you said you can not use paypal for payment, you'd also need near perfect english grammar to talk to them professionally.

        Why don't you think about going into online Marketing? Find a niche, Rank your website, Adsense.

          i have learnt mutch about building custom fanpages,buiding websites using wordpress so i can offer that,,for the payments i can use 2checkout since the only one i know that accepts my country,my problem is will i have to sign contracts of any kind of papers with my clients to offer my services?

    Perhaps you would be better off providing services to webmasters who offer services to business owners, rather than to the businesses themselves. You would still be able to make a great living that way. It's not uncommon to pay someone US$200+ to customise a Wordpress theme, create mobile websites, Facebook banners etc.

    The problem may be accepting payment. Can you be paid by PayPal, or Western Union? What would be the best way for you to accept payment? You should just then need to pay your own taxes to your own government as anyone would? I am no expert on your laws however and could be wrong.

    I would look in Warriors for Hire and see what services are being offered, see if you can offer any of those. Do a few freebies in return for reviews, and see how you go.

    Pick something you want to get known as "the person to call for ____."

    Stick with that. Do not give up, because it can take 6 months or more. But once you have set up this reputation, it will grow. When you jump to a new set of services or products, you will have to start all over.

    Then figure out a way to communicate with foreign business owners. Build your credibility. If you need others to communicate on your behalf, then do that. Perhaps you need a local representative. Perhaps videos will do the job.

    Now you need to define your products or services. What will you do? What will you NOT do? Turn these into your sales funnel.

    You might be better off starting as a warrior for hire.

    The other idea is to target people in Arab areas. Who says you need to target english speakers?

      well honestly it's all about money! if i can build a simple wordpress site for a client or a mobile site that pays me 200-300 $ that's 20000-30000 algerian Dinars! no one here in algeria will accept to pay 20000 dinars for a website cause it's a serious amount of money here,,so i thought better for me to target foreign clients.probably i'll get litlle number of clients but i'll work less for more profits
      just my opinion,,what do you think?am i right?

    You are going to have a VERY hard time getting clients in the United States or the United Kingdom if you cant speak in proper english and have amazing grammar skills. I would suggest providing services to other IM's. I for one am looking for a good person that I could outsource wordpress, mobile and more too.

    You can absolutely do so. I have been doing so for years. but there are some prerequisites to succeed.

    1. You speak proper english for good communication.

    2. You can work as freelance but you are better off registering an enterprise which is very cheap and get a proper official website with customer service, help desk on it.

    3. You need to position yourself as an outsourcer; thus your price can't be that expensive. You can upsell them little by little.

    4. You can get a step through the door by offering some free services to some companies in US and later on refer to them when your other clients ask if you have done any other jobs in US (WORKS WONDERS).

    5. Email them first and call them after 24 hours for a small chit chat so your english should be reasonably okay. Use free softwares like icall.com which allows you to call the U.S and Canada for free (5mins - so your conversation should end within 5 mins).

    6. Display awesome and quick communication and feedback - you will be alright.
