DM busy? Send a hot sexy email

Let me explain my rousing subject.

I am currently cold calling businesses to sell assorted marketing services. The gatekeepers are very helpful and nice. The GK will usually connect me with the DM if they are not busy, problem is the DM usually is. Instead of just moving on and wasting a dial and moving on to the next call i am taking the opportunity to collect info about the dm so I can send a warm email.

I want to collect their name so I can possibly use it for the subject line, best email to reach them at and other other info related to my services.

  • What other info would you warriors collect?
  • How would you use the info you get in the email?
  • How would you structure the email?
  • Share any info you have that may increase the success rate!
This is a good second objective to making the sale.

    Not bad but the script could be improved. Kind of misses the point of what i'm getting at though.

    In the call you have the dm on the line. What i'm talking about is for those calls where the dm is too busy to speak.

    Instead of just moving on to the next call info can be collected from the gatekeeper to send them dm a personalized email.

    How would others go about doing this?
