Made my first money from Lindekin client, yesterday

About a week ago I uploaded all my contacts (local and non local) to Linkedin and then decided to send each of my local connections a personal message. I decided to use a personal message rather than mass messaging because i wanted to use a more personal approach.

Of the 80 personal messages i sent out thru Linkedin, i got a cheque of $78 for setting up a linkedin ad for the president of a $250 million asset business and since then i received 10 responses from connections either telling me about projects or willing to tell others about my services or asking me to send more details . it is a small amount because i spent most of the day looking at videos on youtube to understand what to do and also to write 10 ads, along with a host of other distractions. i charged $78 because i did not know what to charge.

the text of the message i sent to local connections was a follows:
