What information do you provide your Cold Callers with?

My Dad's helping me sell SEO and PPC.

After talking to him and other sales people they tell me they just need to know what are some FAQs that prospects ask, what the offer is, and pricing.

Maybe I'm being over analytical about this but what do they need?

What do you provide your Cold Callers with?

Your cold-callers are going to require a script, information about your business and services, and information about the prospects they are contacting.

If you don't have much invested, just have your dad jump into it and he will approach you with questions along the way. Change your script, and offers. Find out what works and what doesn't.

My advice is for you to get your callers to qualify prospects and set appointments for those who qualify In to speak with you or your dad.

That way technical questions can be answered by people who know what they are talking about.

Also, you can look at this script:

You need to give them a script of your services and basic prices. Anticipate possible questions that prospects would likely ask. Put yourself in their shoes and think what questions they would likely ask about your services.

I give them a script and some common objections.

Like Jason said, make sure they are qualified prospects.
I qualify mine before they are even called, but everyones situation may be different.

I don't give them info on my products and services, or prices.
Why? I don't know what they need until I learn more about their business.
Different businesses require different services at different price points.

A seasoned/professional CC will only ask for a BRIEF (not your life history length) description of your product, qualifications you need for a sale, a list, and your expectations. If you hire someone that knows what they are doing, you don't need to train, write a script (they won't follow it anyways), or hover over them. Let me do my job and you do yours.
